The cooperation of the state and the social partners is at the heart of the German VET-System. Sophia Grunert from the SCIVET-Coordination Unit at the German Confederation of Skilled Crafts and Small Businesses together with Martin Roggekamp who is working for a training provider run by German trade unions explained this cooperation in a Webinar for the network of young reasearchers in international vocational education and training (YoriVET).
