This section provides you with information on how personal data are processed by German Confederation of Skilled Crafts (ZDH).

www.scivet.de is an offer of the German Confederation of Skilled Crafts (ZDH) and contains telemedia in the sense of § 1 Abs.1 Telemediengesetz.

Each time a user accesses www.scivet.de and each time a file is retrieved, data on this process is stored in a log file. This data is not personal. It is therefore not possible to trace which user accessed which data. The storage serves exclusively internal system-related and statistical purposes.

Processing of personal data

When you visit the scivet web pages, the web servers temporarily store the connection data of the requesting computer, the web pages you visit on our website, the date and duration of the visit, the identification data of the browser and operating system type used as well as the website from which you visit us by default for the purpose of system security. We use the personal data provided by you exclusively for the purpose of technical administration of the web pages and for the fulfilment of offered telemedia.

Generation of cookies

In order to provide the service to your full satisfaction, the ZDH uses cookies or other techniques to collect usage data about you while you visit our website(s) or use our services. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer’s hard drive and enable recognition, but do not allow any personal identification of you. The collection of usage data is anonymous and cannot be traced back to you as the user; no personal data is collected in accordance with Article 4 No. 1 of the General Data Protection Regulation. The storage takes place only temporarily, until an anonymous evaluation has taken place. This data will then be permanently deleted.

This website uses etracker GmbH technology to collect and store anonymous data for marketing and optimisation purposes. These data are used to create user profiles under a pseudonym. Cookies can be used for this purpose, but they collect and store data exclusively in pseudonymous form. The data will not be used to personally identify the visitor to this website and will not be merged with data about the bearer of the pseudonym.

The collection and storage of data may be revoked at any time with effect for the future.
